Your Role
- Lead the computational design and optimization of peptide-based drug candidates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, medicinal chemistry, biology) to advance discovery from concept to candidate
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the R&D team
- Coordinate project planning, workflows, and timelines across disciplines
- Act as a key interface between scientific leadership and operational execution
- Contribute strategic insight to the development of in-house modeling pipelines and tools

- PhD in Computational Chemistry, Molecular Modeling, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in drug discovery (biotech, pharma, or academic-industry collaborations)
- Demonstrated leadership or mentorship capabilities within scientific teams
- Strong expertise in :
- Molecular modeling
- Molecular dynamics simulations
- Docking and scoring techniques
- Proficiency with tools such as AMBER, GROMACS, Gaussian, or similar
- Ability to work across disciplines and bring structure to collaborative research
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
