As a future Portfolio Financial Manager, GP Stakes & PE Secondaries Specialist, you will report to the Head of Portfolio Financial Management, and you will BE part of AXA IM Prime.

To support the launch and development of the new GP Stake and Private Equity Secondaries fund, we are seeking a Financial Fund Manager who will BE responsible for overseeing all Operational and Financial Fund Management aspects. This includes managing day-to-day fund operations, ensuring financial integrity, supporting governance processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the fund lifecycle.

Set-up of the Fund and Investments
- Fund Launch Support
- Proactively participate in the launch of new alternative funds or compartments
- Contribute to the implementation of the operational structure of new funds
- Liaise with service providers (Fund Administrator, Transfer Agent, Depositary, Custodian)
- Manage investor onboarding : KYC/AML coordination, subscription documents, internal validations
- Lead internal and board approval workflows
- New Investment Onboarding
- Set up communication channels with key internal and external stakeholders
- Populate internal systems and monitoring tools with relevant investment data
- Complete subscription documentation
- Lead AML/KYI checks on behalf of the division

Financial Management Activities
- With Underlying Investments
- Manage capital calls and distributions received from investments
- Record transactions in internal tools and ensure accuracy
- Process payments and perform related cash reconciliations
- With Limited Partners (LPs)
- Define and validate capital call/distribution budgets with stakeholders
- Instruct and follow up capital calls and distributions to LPs
- Liquidity and Cash Management
- Monitor fund-level cash and lead cash forecasting activities
- Manage the Equity Bridge Facilities and Credit Lines

Portfolio Monitoring and Risk Management
- Track and analyse fund performance indicators : IRR, MOIC, Cash Yield
- Monitor and report on fund risk metrics : liquidity stress, FX exposure, concentration limits

Investor Relationship Management
- Central point of contact for investor requests and operational follow-ups
- Coordinate investor deliverables, including quarterly reports, audit responses, and LPAC materials
- Ensure compliance with investor transparency and reporting requirements

Investor Reporting
- Prepare, review, and coordinate quarterly and ad hoc investor reports (capital account statements, performance dashboards, underlying exposure)
- Ensure consistency of reported data across fund documents, regulatory filings, and internal systems
- Contribute to the review and validation of performance indicators (IRR, TVPI, DPI) and financial disclosures
- Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Risk, Legal) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of investor materials
- Support responses to investor queries

Governance
- Contribute to fund governance processes : draft agendas, support packs, and meeting minutes for Boards
- Prepare materials for internal governance bodies and committee presentations
- Maintain and regularly update process documentation and control cards

SHARE your unique expertise
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in private equity fund operations, finance, or fund management.
- A strong background in GP Stake and/or secondary strategies is a significant asset.
- Excellent knowledge of fund structures, waterfall models, AIFMD/ELTIF regulations, and investor reporting.
- Experience engaging with external service providers (fund administrators, custodians, auditors).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
