Job Title
Media Intelligence Distribution Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Market & Account Development :
- Manage and grow existing accounts in META and Europe NFO markets;
- Identify business opportunities and build relationships with travel agencies, both Amadeus and non-Amadeus.
Sales & Commercial Strategy :
- Drive end-to-end sales of Media Intelligence Distribution content in collaboration with Commercial Leaders;
- Contribute to long-term sales planning and maintain pipeline accuracy in Salesforce;
- Attend Commercial Team meetings and share customer-driven insights.
Product & Market Expertise :
- Act as the go-to expert for Media Intelligence Distribution (Hotels, Mobility, Excursions);
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
Customer Success & Innovation :
- Monitor satisfaction and propose solutions to improve efficiency and profitability;
- Offer structured feedback to product teams and ensure timely delivery of enhancements;
- Keep business costs in check and aligned with strategic goals.
In support to the Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, for topics related to Media Intelligence Distribution :
- Handle key customer requests with best-in-class service aligned to SLAs;
- Support customers in maximizing Amadeus technology performance and productivity;
- Coordinate timely communication of product and solution updates;
- Assist with product and technical issue resolution alongside Global Customer Services and Account Managers;
- Support consultants in delivering business process reviews and IT improvement plans;
- Assist with reporting and insights for Account Managers.
About the ideal candidate :
- Education : Master's degree in Science or Management;
- Demonstrable experience as a business developer or account manager with a project management background;
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience with at least significant references in the Travel Distribution or Hospitality industry, in a similar position for an international software vendor, a major IT Services provider or a leading consulting firm;
- Understanding of APIs, IT development and customer cycles;
- Fluent English; French and or Spanish is a plus;
- Demonstrable experience as a business developer or account manager with a project management background.
