Contract Manager H/F - ABYSS ENERGY

Role of the candidates :

Assist Project Contract & Risk Manager / Project Managers to coordinate contractmanagement activities during the execution of EPF Projects (supply of Modules & Furnaces), ensuring that allcontractual aspects are correctly addressed.

Job Description :
- With the help of the Project Contract & Risk Manager, review and analyze the contract, and highlights themain clauses; proactively anticipate and avoid claims from Client; identify change opportunities; provideassistance to project team during project execution regarding interpretation of contractual clauses
- Lead change order management : ensure that any extra-contractual requests from the Client are identifiedand correctly addressed and prepare, in collaboration with Project Manager, all change order requests;ensure that all change request from Client are implemented
- Prepare contractual letters/notification to the Client and ensure that all official letters/notifications receivedfrom Client are answered
- Participate to meetings with the Client and negotiate claims, participate to resolution of disputes
- Ensure reporting through registers for correspondences with Client, change order requests, variation orders, claims... and through regular meetings with Project Manager and Project Contract & Risk Manager

Required Diploma / Certifications / Qualifications :
- Bac +5
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Previous experience in Oil& Gas projects
- Strong legal knowledge
- Excellent communications skills ; ability to work in multi-projects way
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Rigor, ability to synthesize and analyze

Language to BE spoken / written :
- Written and spoken fluent english,
- Strong writing skills
