YOUR ROLE

Within CMA CGM Group, the Compensation and Benefits and Talent Management departments work closely together to steer strategic HR projects. In order to optimise day-to-day organisation and the quality of communication materials, we are looking for a multi-skilled assistant who is both an expert in administrative management and at ease with presentation and project management tools.
As such, you will BE the key interface between the heads of two departments (Talent Management and Compensation and Benefits) and the Group's various internal and external contacts.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Day-to-day administrative support
- Managing agendas and organising appointments, meetings and travel for managers
- Preparing the logistics of meetings (booking rooms, equipment, invitations)
- Handling mail, emails and phone calls
- Monitoring and filing documents, archiving and managing internal databases
- Coordination with various internal and external departments
- Ensuring that information is collected and processed, and that IT is circulated in accordance with Group rules
- Manage two diaries, travel and meetings with discretion and efficiency
- Attending meetings and drafting summaries

2. Project management and visual communication support
- Creation, layout and updating of professional, high-impact PowerPoint presentations
- Assisting with the preparation of reporting and internal/external communication materials
- Monitoring HR project schedules and deadlines in collaboration with managers
- Participating in gathering and summarising the information required for projects
- Suggesting improvements to the presentation and distribution of content

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Higher education with fluent English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- You have a good command of office automation tools, particularly PowerPoint
- You will have at least 5 years' proven professional experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in an international environment
- You are a self-starter with a strong sense of service and enjoy working as part of a team
- Your rigour, organisational skills and respect for confidentiality will BE important assets in successfully completing your assignment
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
