Key Responsibilities :
- Contract Analysis and Compliance :
- Analyze and summarize main contracts for project teams
- Ensure adherence to contractual procedures
- Risk and Claims Management :
- Identify and analyze potential claims and contractual risks
- Develop strategies for claim management and dispute resolution
- Financial Oversight :
- Review payment requests and subcontractor certificates
- Assess financial impacts of contractual variations
- Negotiation and Communication :
- Lead contractual negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
- Draft and manage contractual correspondence
- Project Optimization :
- Identify opportunities for time and cost savings within contractual framework
- Advise on contractual aspects of project planning
Le profil recherché
You have a Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Law and over 5 years in contract management for complex project ?
You have proficiency in international contracts and strong knowledge of contract law and risk management?
You are/have :
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
- Native or native-equivalent in English proficiency.
