ENTER THE GAME
As a Growth Ops Executive, you will BE part of the Casino & Poker team, reporting directly to the Casino Growth Manager. Joining our growing team and tackling exciting challenges will BE a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives and further develop your expertise in a fast-paced, international environment.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your responsibilities will include :
- Owning the configuration and flawless execution of all promotional campaigns for our casino customers, ensuring a best-in-class player experience.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (Design, CRM, Customer Service, Local Marketing...) to deliver high-performing promotional operations.
- Leading the planning and execution of monthly marketing roadmaps, from campaign definition to communication strategy.
- Driving the launches of key casino games and implementing initiatives to maximize their visibility and performance across target audiences.
- Analyzing the performance of marketing operations, identifying key insights and recommending actionable improvements.
- Managing the game launch calendar and regularly communicating updates to Marketing & CRM teams.
- Contributing to product feature testing and rollout, ensuring operational readiness.
- Resolving customer claims requiring marketing expertise, in close collaboration with Customer Service teams.
- Liaising with support departments to ensure smooth handling of customer-related requests.
- Monitoring casino industry trends and conducting regular competitive analysis of major online casino operators and game providers.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm !
This job is for you if :
- You have a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing (or equivalent), with strong academic and analytical foundations.
- You have at least 1 year of experience (internships included) in marketing operations or digital marketing, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or e-commerce sectors.
- A strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools (including mobile and tablet environments).
- Proven experience in managing campaigns or cross-team projects in a fast-paced environment.
- An interest in the iGaming industry or entertainment platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Proficient with Excel and comfortable navigating multiple marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).Next, you will meet Etienne (Casino Growth Manager), your future manager.Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning), followed by a Use Case to present to Geoffroy (Head of Casino) and Etienne.Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
