The consolidation department sits in the Direction of Financial Operations, reporting to our Group CFO. As a Consolidation Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial information in line with French GAAP and in continuously improving our closing processes and reporting tools.
You will report directly to the Consolidation Manager and work in close collaboration with both corporate teams and international subsidiaries.
The role requires strong collaboration and interactions with other Corporate Finance teams (Treasury, Tax, Finance Excellence, Regional Finance managers) and Corporate Controlling teams.Consolidation Senior Analyst

Missions :
The consolidation department sits in the Direction of Financial Operations, reporting to our Group CFO. As a Consolidation Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial information in line with French GAAP and in continuously improving our closing processes and reporting tools.
You will report directly to the Consolidation Manager and work in close collaboration with both corporate teams and international subsidiaries.
Main responsibilities
- Plays a key role in the preparation, control and analysis of the group consolidated accounts (monthly, quarterly and annual), in compliance with regulatory requirements (French GAAP) and group accounting policies. Ensuring high quality and efficient process :
- Monitor the process of preparing and submitting reporting packages for the affiliates in their perimeter / Communicate on a timely basis, support them and ensure they are appropriately trained.
- Address technical accounting questions raised by them or by other Corporate stakeholders.
- Review and analyze the financial data prepared by these affiliates, perform diligences on this data, for instance through balance sheet/P&L reviews, performance reviews with Business controllers etc...
- Review the annual bridge between local GAAP and French GAAP reported by affiliates and review adjustments for accuracy and completeness.
- Record and follow-up entries managed at consolidation level such as elimination and translation rules for example.
- Perform transversal analyses of balance sheet and P&L items.
- Analysing accounting treatments for specifical transactions and implementing them in the Reporting Package in respect of FR GAAP.
- Ensure the appropriate level of internal control around the preparation of the reporting package is implemented in the affiliates and perform internal controls around the consolidation process.
- Contribute to transversal projects related to the improvement of the process of production of the financial information within the Consolidation Department.

Le profil recherché
Your profile :
Education & background
- Master's degree in finance/accounting or DSCG.
- 3-5 years in an external Audit firm or experience in finance / Consolidation in international firms.
Technical skills
- Strong expertise in consolidation in consolidation and accounting including knowledge of French GAAP.
- IFRS is a plus.
- Proficiency with consolidation tools: SAP-FC is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Soft skills
- Strong team-player mindset and ability to work in project mode with clear responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Strong drive, curiosity and ability to challenge ways of working in an agile and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work on complex concepts, great analytical skills and autonomy, attention to details is critical.
- Strong communication and vulgarization skills.
- Adaptability to various stakeholders.
