Effilab is Decathlon's internal consulting team, entirely dedicated to improving the company's operational efficiency. Our mission is to support Decathlon's various Business Units (BUs) in optimizing their processes.

To do this, we rely on a range of cutting-edge tools and methodologies :
- Process Mining to diagnose inefficiencies
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate repetitive tasks
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop predictive and cognitive solutions
- And many other analytical and data-driven approaches

By joining Effilab, you will more specifically integrate the Effilab AI branch, the expertise center that leads artificial intelligence projects. This is where we transform complex business challenges into robust and industrialized AI solutions.

This structure places you at the center of the action, in constant interaction with Effilab experts and business teams, to build solutions that will make Decathlon more efficient.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES : FROM STRATEGY TO IMPACT

Under the direct mentorship of the AI Program Leader, you will BE part of the entire AI project lifecycle :
- Scoping & Analysis (Discovery) : Take part of discussions with business teams to identify opportunities, define project scope and assess their feasibility.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) : Rapidly develop prototypes to test hypotheses, explore data, experiment with algorithms and demonstrate the value of our approaches.
- Industrialization & Deployment : Actively participate in building and putting into production robust, scalable and secure AI solutions.
- Research & Innovation : BE a driving force by maintaining active technological watch, particularly on LLMs and other applied AI domains.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education : You are entering your first year of Master's degree (Bachelor +4 level) or equivalent in Data Science, AI or computer science and are looking for a 2-year apprenticeship.

Technical Skills :
- Excellent mastery of Python for Data Science
- Strong knowledge in Machine Learning and statistics
- Good foundations in SQL and NoSQL
- Knowledge of our stack is a plus : Databricks, GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run), AWS (Bedrock, Athena), LangChain & LangGraph, PySpark, Docker, GitHub
- Essential English : You will evolve in an international environment. Mastery of English is therefore essential to communicate and access all our technical resources.
