Join a strategic team operating at the core of a global infrastructure, responsible for building and running the platforms that host critical applications at scale. Supporting over 600 internal developers, the team is currently leading a large-scale migration from Mesos to Kubernetes, and looking for a hands-on SRE/Developer to strengthen reliability and user support.

Your Mission

You'll act as a key link between platform users and the engineering team, combining operational excellence with user empathy. Your scope will span platform support, documentation, automation, and contributing to the evolution of our Kubernetes infrastructure.

Key responsibilities :
- Support internal users via Slack (#kubernetes), triage issues and provide day-to-day guidance
- Escalate platform incidents or systemic issues to the core team
- Maintain and improve platform documentation for better self-service
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of deployment pipelines
- Analyze recurring problems and contribute to long-term resolutions
- Participate in debugging and fixing infrastructure code (Python, GO, Ruby)

Your Profile
- You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy cross-team interaction
- You're comfortable navigating and supporting Kubernetes in production
- Solid experience in Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code tools (especially Chef)
- Comfortable coding in GO and Python (Ruby is a plus)
- You communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- 4 years minimum of experience in a similar role
