Construction Electrical Lead - Onshore Solar & Wind M - F H/F - EP2C ENERGY

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICAL LEAD / onshore solar & wind (M/F)" for a 12-month renewable assignment based in Ile-de-France, France.

CONSTRUCTION ELECTRICAL LEAD / onshore solar & wind (M/F) What will your missions and responsibilities BE?
The Construction Electrical Lead will focus on electrical and commissioning activities for onshore solar and wind projects during project execution.

Hereafter are the main responsibilities :
- On-time, cost-effective, quality-oriented planification and execution of PV and Wind plants electrical construction activities, including HV switchyard and interconnection when applicable
- Create and manage the electrical engineers' network and implement the concept of Competent Person for Electrical Operations (CPEO) in link with HSE department
- Participate in hiring process, regulatory monitoring in geographies, awareness and best practice sharing
- Ensure that corporate procedure is well communicated to all project teams (affiliate & growing countries)
- Support HSE in the Safety Engineering and Safety Critical Elements (SCE) process during project execution
- Lead or participate in internal improvement programs (e.g., develop and deploy checklists during execution phase to all onshore renewable perimeter, contribute to Lessons Learned and ensure the improvement loops within our standards, specifications, and contracts)
- Involvement in affiliates projects (Spain, USA, Australia, South Africa) :
- Provide support on electrical subjects and facilitate or lead electrical technical problem resolution
- Ensure a link with electrical engineers in affiliate to share the best practices and REX
- Carry out technical audit at site when and where required by management
- Ensure that review of electrical engineering deliverables and compliance to Grid code are adequately verified

Objectives and Deliverables
- Ensure the planning and execution of electrical construction activities on time and within budget
- Create and manage a network of competent electrical engineers
- Train and effectively communicate LOTO safety procedures
- Support HSE in safety processes during project execution
- Participate in internal improvement programs to optimize EPC specifications and contracts
- Provide technical support to affiliate and growing projects
- Organize and coordinate the verification process of the plant's electrical network
- Develop a systematic technical inspection program for critical equipment
