Could you BE the full-time Verification, Validation and Test Leader (VV&TL) in Saint-Ouen we're looking for?
Your future rôle
Take on a new challenge and apply your embedded systems expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to ensuring the quality and performance of our train control systems (TCMS).
You'll play a key role in shaping the safety and functionality of our railway solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams across software, configuration, quality, and design (e.g., software engineers, system architects, and quality assurance specialists), oversee testing activities, and ensure compliance with technical constraints, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of defining and executing test plans for the TCMS subsystem, but also contribute to maintaining the test benches and resolving technical issues.
We'll look to you for :
Participating in the definition of test plans for the TCMS subsystem in collaboration with the Train Control Engineer
Drafting test plans in alignment with established processes
Maintaining test benches while adhering to technical constraints
Performing unit and integration tests to validate subsystem functionality
Preparing detailed test reports
Analyzing and addressing issues encountered during implementation and testing
Leading Verification and Validation activities with teams in India
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of requirements and expectations

Degree in Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in Verification and Validation
Knowledge of low-voltage wired logic
Experience in software architecture and development (e.g., programming languages such as C, C++, Python, VBA, Control Build)
Interest in embedded systems and the railway industry
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, along with excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
Fluency in English
