Les missions du poste

The IT Country Leader is responsible for the delivery of all local IS services for one / several countries in compliance with global standards and practices. The role reports to the Zone Leader and / or a group function when the role is cumulated with another responsibility.

To reach this goal, the IT Country Leader should actively interact with local business functions and create proper communication channels to group IT teams for all IT Business and Infrastructure topics.

Furthermore, he / she should ensure that the delivery of IT services meet global commitments and local needs. On the RUN side, he / she should track KPIs to ensure group and local SLAs are aligned with these agreements.

Finally he / she should ensure that the IT group policies and best practices are properly implemented locally. This includes coordinating the implementation of all audit remediation actions.France IT Leader
