We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a "Senior Logistics Engineer (M/F)" for a 12-month renewable assignment based in Ile-de-France, France.

Senior Logistics Engineer (M/F) What will your missions and responsibilities BE?

Responsibilities
Logistics Engineering - Country Entry Plan / Pre-Project / Project Phases
- Conduct detailed field surveys to assess existing infrastructure and identify local constraints (administrative, technical, customs, weather, cultural, supplier-related, etc.)
- Develop logistics strategies across all project phases : define operational logistics concepts and requirements in coordination with specialists (base setup, transport of personnel and materials by land, SEA, air)
- Provide cost estimates and schedules to support project investment decisions
- Represent the department in project governance committees (Quality reviews, Project reviews, EIRs, etc.).

Subsidiary Support - Start-up & Operational Phases
- Serve as logistics technical lead for subsidiaries, ensuring safe and efficient exploration startup operations
- Perform on-site support missions : prepare tenders, manage crises, and optimize existing resources and costs
- Guide subsidiaries through project execution, acting as the logistics point of contact

Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor technological trends, develop innovative logistics solutions, and promote best practices
- Develop and maintain the Logistics Reference Framework (authoring and reviewing rules, specifications, manuals, etc.)

Objectives & Deliverables
- Develop logistics schemes with associated cost and schedule estimates to support project investment decisions
- Optimize and adapt logistics models for existing subsidiaries to ensure ongoing cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with the Logistics Reference Framework across all business units and subsidiaries

- Logistics Management - Expert level
- Oil & Gas Industry Experience - Expert level
- Offshore Wind Industry Experience - Expert level
- Languages - English (mandatory), French (a strong asset)
