In the context of strategic international industrial programs with strong digital engagement, CEVA Animal Health is seeking an IT Business Services Manufacturing & Quality Service Delivery Leader. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT platforms supporting Manufacturing and Quality domains.
You will BE responsible for the IT stream of industrial programs in close collaboration with business digital program leads, ensuring alignment with business expectations and cost-efficiency. You will also lead the full product lifecycle-from setup and evolution to support, maintenance, and decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Vision & Roadmap
· Define and maintain the IT vision and evolution roadmap for the Manufacturing & Quality domains.
· Align with CEVA's technical leaders to ensure strategic coherence.
· Recommend and implement optimizations to drive cost-effective, scalable, and standardized solutions.
· Contribute to the overall IS landscape roadmap to ensure consistency and avoid redundant initiatives.
2. Delivery, Support & Service Performance
· Manage the RUN operations of Manufacturing & Quality IT applications.
· Ensure seamless integration and data flow across applications in collaboration with other product teams.
· Guarantee application availability and performance in line with SLAs.
· Oversee incident and problem management as well as change & service requests processes.
· Drive adoption of CEVA's IT tools, practices, and standards.
· Manage software lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, and decommissioning.
3. Resource Planning & Team Coordination
· Size and allocate functional and technical resources to meet sprint and budget requirements.
· Align resource planning with SLA commitments, including RUN and on-call coverage.
· Ensure internal teams and vendors maintain the necessary technical competencies.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure adherence to GxP/CSV validation and other regulatory requirements.
· Comply with internal control policies and IS governance (security, sourcing, etc.).
· Promote best practices, methodologies, and quality standards across the team.
· Monitor and ensure consistent solution quality and performance.
5. Security & Risk Management
· Integrate security patches and updates into the product backlog.
· Implement security directives from the CISO and IT security teams.
· Respond swiftly to security incidents with effective mitigation actions.

· Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
· Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
· Experience coordinating global teams and managing resource allocation across build, RUN, and evolution phases.
· Solid understanding of architecture standards and technical options.
