Play a key role : As part of our Commercial Support & Management Department, you will join a dynamic administrative team supporting our Commercial and Marketing units based at our headquarters in Courbevoie (La Défense/92).
In this essential support role, you will facilitate the day-to-day organization of the team, coordinate logistics for internal and external activities, and contribute to smooth and efficient relationships with partners and suppliers.
Your main missions :
- Meeting & Event Logistics
Schedule and organize internal and external meetings
Coordinate events (internal seminars, forums)
Book meeting rooms and update shared calendars
Act as the liaison with event providers and logistics services
- Travel Management
Monitor business travel requests
Use our travel booking platform
Manage travel-related issues and ensure expense reports are processed accurately
- Supplier and Partner Relations
Create and track purchase orders
Process supplier payments using our financial tools
Provide administrative support for expense validation processes
- Administrative Support Across Functions
Support onboarding of new employees
Welcome and assist visitors
Prepare meetings and presentations, update materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, etc.)
Your strengths for success :
- Education : Two- or three-year degree in administrative management, executive assistance, or business administration
- Experience : 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in an international or technical environment
- Key Skills :
Versatility & Organization : Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Discretion & Reliability : Respect for confidentiality of sensitive information
Tech Proficiency : Confident with MS 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint...)
Team Spirit & Service Mindset : Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach
- Languages :
Fluent English required, both written and spoken (essential for interactions within our international network)
Fluency in French is also mandatory
