Location & travel: Paris office, Nantes & St Nazaire, Madrid

Job Purpose: Assistance to WTG Contract Manager
Activity 1: Contract Management support during execution
Participate in contractual execution management and administration
Assist in commercial management of contracts in cooperation with Contract Manager
Support variations and claim management
Pro-actively assist in anticipating and trying to avoid unexpected claims in the WTG Package contracts
Pro-actively assist in claim negotiations including resolution of issues/disputes for contracts
Manage and follow up of contractual payment schedules
Manage and update overview of Variations, Claims, amendments to contracts, Notices from Contractors and associated registers
Assist in manage pricing and commercial consequences associated with other contracts, in close collaboration with other Contract Managers in the project
Support review of documentation and preparation of reports and notes
Keep Contract Management Books updated with latest contract, budget and admin information, including best estimate.
