Job Opportunity : Chargé de PV et d'information médicale

Job Location : Paris, France

Job Scope
- Participe aux activités de Vigilance et Information médicale sous la responsabilité du Responsable Vigilance et Information médicale
- Participe aux activités réclamations qualité produit et suivi des échantillons avec la Pharmacienne Affaires Réglementaires et Qualité

Vigilances
- Participe avec la responsable vigilance et information médicaleaux activités suivantes :
- Assure le rôle de Responsable Vigilance intérimaire en l'absence de la responsable vigilance (RPV)
- Gère le système de pharmacovigilance des Opérations France, avec enregistrement, centralisation et évaluation des informations relatives aux effets indésirables susceptibles d'être dus à un médicament ou produit y compris lors d'un mésusage, d'un surdosage ou d'un abus de médicaments.
- Veille au respect des obligations réglementaires en matière de pharmacovigilance;
- Garantit que toute demande en provenance de l'ANSM visant à obtenir des informations complémentaires nécessaires à l'exercice de la pharmacovigilance soit suivie d'une réponse aussi complète que possible dans les délais impartis par l'ANSM
- Dispose de toute autre information utile à l'exercice de la vigilance
- Assure une évaluation continue des risques et des bénéfices de ses médicaments ou produits, en collaboration avec le département Global de vigilance
- Assure la mise à jour régulière de l'information sur les médicaments ou produits au regard des données de vigilance recueillies et évaluées, en collaboration avec le département Global de vigilance

Information médicale
- Participe avec la responsable vigilance et information médicale à l'organisation du système de gestion des questions médicales
- Identifie, enregistre et réponds aux demandes reçues
- Réconcilie et contrôle les demandes de niveau 2
- Mets à jour des questions standards et accompagne/suivi le prestataire

Qualite'
- Participe avec la Pharmacienne Affaires Réglementaires et Qualité aux activités suivantes :
- Réclamations qualité produit
- Identification, enregistrement et traitement des réclamations reçues
- Suivi et archivage des demandes d'échantillons

Supports aux activités formations
- Participe au sein du service Affaires réglementaires au système de formation aux obligations pharmaceutiques :
- Formation des collaborateurs et nouveaux arrivants aux obligations pharmaceutiques
- Suivi des formations
- Mise à jour et création des supports de formation
- Évaluation des mises en situations pour les collaborateurs terrain

Skills & Competencies- Profil de recrutement :
- Pharmacien (obligatoirement)
- Formation complémentaire en vigilance
- Anglais courant
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique standards
