Responsibilities :
- OP Mobility is developing the Accounting Shared Services Organization worldwide and its aim is to have the Accounting worldwide under the Group Accounting Director lead. This position ensures migrations are properly driven worldwide. Process Improvement proposals are also a must.
- This position has a global footprint and ensures the successful transition from a scattered environment to a rationalized structure with the accounting clusters / hubs.
- This role orchestrates the accounting user rights on a global basis relying on country correspondents.
- This position is essential in preparing, organizing and managing the process improvements, working hand in hand with the operations during the migration phase. Once GO Live, on as needed basis, aiming for standardization, streamlining, increased automation, and improved user experience.
- This position collaborates with the OP Mobility BPO structure but also the various stakeholders.
- This position ensures the proposals about accounting improvements which should BE compliant with regulatory requirements, Corporate Accounting and Group Internal Control policies
Requirements :
- Experience : Significant experience in Finance migration activities management roles within industrial groups, if possible combined with experience of implementing or optimizing a SSC organization (overall 10-12 years of experience).
- Education/Languages : Bachelor's degree in accountancy and / or Finance. Fluent in English + at least 1 major European language (i.e. German, French, Spanish).
- Leadership : Able to handle the challenges,
- Collaboration : Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders (ex. : Finance, IT, Business groups, auditors...). Habit of interacting and communicating with various nationalities and cultures,
- Adaptability : Self-starter with emotional intelligence able to adapt to fast changing environments,
- Knowledge : SAP Finance, Microsoft Office, RPAs, Microsoft Power Automate, Data, process visualization tools (ex. : Power BI),
