Statement of Work
Team Management :
- Manage and lead a team of Software Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
- Drive people management initiatives, including hiring, performance evaluation, career development, and employee retention.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Technical Leadership :
- BE accountable for your team's projects, make technical decisions, and solve complex challenges in a demanding technical environment with a reactive architecture.
- Partner with product managers to build and refine the team's roadmap.
- Ensure your team follows company technical standards and architectural patterns effectively.
- Monitor system performance in your domain to maintain the quality of service despite rapidly growing loads.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and ensure proper implementation of automated testing.
Delivery :
- BE responsible for successful roadmap execution, providing clear visibility and reporting for tracking progress at scale.
- Lead cross-team and cross-domain collaborations, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Maintain operational excellence in production and manage incident responses effectively.

Le profil recherché
You're a great match if :
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and at least 2 years of experience as a manager.
- You have strong leadership and team management skills
- You have worked in complex environments involving product, QA, security, and platform teams.
- Proficiency in software development and a solid understanding of system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with DEVOPS practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with coding standards, security protocols, and QA/testing processes.
- You are familiar with automated testing and continuous integration.
- You have experience with distributed systems or microservices architecture.
- You have worked with GraphQL and Kafka.
- You have strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to align engineering goals with business priorities.
- Fluent in English
