The IT Change and Communications Manager will play a key role in helping the Change and Communications Manager implement communication and change management strategies for the IT department and its interactions with CEVA's operations and functions and its partner ecosystems.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
- Contributing to and creating communication plans : Contribute to and support the communications manager in developing comprehensive communication plans for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Crisis communication : Support crisis communication to manage and mitigate any IT-related issues.
- Content creation : Produce high-quality content, including IT newsletters, blog posts and social media updates, to highlight IT projects and achievements, promote the employer brand and showcase CEVA's digital transformation.
- Internal communication : Support and drive internal communication within the IT department and across the organisation to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Contribution to events : Plan and execute IT-related events and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and engagement.
- Measurement and reporting : Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Change participation : Support, develop and implement change management strategies to support IT initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising disruption. This includes preparing and supporting individuals and teams through change, managing resistance and ensuring that changes are communicated and adopted effectively.
- Participation in organisational change (OCM) : Support organisational change management efforts, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated, adopted and maintained throughout the organisation. This includes contributing to the development of an organisational change management strategy.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Qualification : 5 years of higher education
Field of study : Communication
Experience in the field : One or more experiences in communication and, if possible, in IT.
Languages : Fluent English required.
