About the job :
We are looking for a Senior SAP Basis Administrator to support the migration of multiple SAP landscapes (ECC, GRC, FIORI, SLT, Data Services) to the SAP RISE S/4HANA environment. The selected professional will provide technical leadership, ensure system integrity, and coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout all migration phases.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the technical execution of SAP system migrations to RISE S/4HANA.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and high-availability setup of SAP HANA environments.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and ensure post-migration stability.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and security teams during the project.
- Conduct system conversion using SUM/DMO and validate post-conversion configuration.
- Support integration with middleware and legacy systems.
- Plan and execute go-live cutover, stabilization, and post-go-live support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

What we are looking for :
- SAP HANA certification and proven experience in SAP S/4HANA conversions (RISE).
- 10+ years in SAP Basis administration, including ECC, FIORI, GRC, SLT, Data Services.
- Strong experience with Oracle DB and Linux OS administration.
- Expertise in SAP high availability, system copy, DB export/import, and global SAP programs.
- Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer-facing experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple time zones.
