In order to support our growth, we are looking for a Global Lean Transformation Leader to join our Operation Department. Reporting to our Industrial Performance Director, you willdrive the deployment of Lean Management across the Group.
Working closely with our10 Regional Lean Leaders (Functional Management), your main missions will BE :
- Monitor the deployment of Lean Management in the Group, by implementing and tracking roadmaps in cooperation with the Lean Regional Managers.
- Ensure a consistent competitiveness plan to achieve operational results for the Group's Business Units and Regions, in cooperation with Controllers, Industrial Directors and Regional Lean Leaders.
- Drive strategic alignment and deployment of Lean initiatives across the organization.
- Lead the implementation of Operational Excellence and Organizational Improvement programs.
- Spearhead the Cultural Transformation required to embed Lean practices and mindset.
- Foster Global Collaboration and Synergy to leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish robust Performance Measurement and Reporting systems to track the impact of Lean initiatives.
- Identify and implement Cost Reduction and Profitability Enhancement opportunities.
- Effectively manage Change Management processes to ensure the successful adoption of Lean practices.
Le profil recherché
You have :
- A relevant Engineer Master Degree
- A minimum experience of 10 years in a production context, having practiced direct / transversal team management, in the fields of continuous improvement / Lean, Production, Management
- Knowledge and exposure on TPS Lean culture and transformation.
- Expertise in Kanban Pull System & MIFA analysis.
- A Fluent level in English
- An ability to inspire and engage teams across different regions and functions.
- A proven experience in a multicultural context with professionnal travels.This position is based in our HQ in Marcq-en-Baroeul but you will have to travel frequently to our plant sites across the world.
