We are looking for a Global Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) senior manager for the scope of cross category shopper and sustainability. The position is based inParis (17 boulevard Haussmann 75009 Paris, to move to La Fayette from September onwards). In this position, you will report to the Strategic Insights & Analytics director. Your main missi :
- Leads insights generation and embedding for cross-category projects on Sustainability & Shopper.
- Elevate the quality of shopper and sustainability insight globally for Danone, building consistency of approach across categories, and depth of insight to have clear links to building business value (category vision, OBPPC, Value at risk/Value at stake, optimal claims for Danone Impact Journey)
- Work alongside category SIA teams to embed shopper & sustainability insights with their business partners (sustainability, sales, brand) to build business value at a category and brand level
- Main responsibilities & KPIs will BE :
- Help stakeholders nail their key business challenges and build learning plan to address those
- Have the mindset to continuously integrate and triangulate data and insight from multiple sources, bringing the outside-in, injecting/ feeding consumer insights across shopper + sustainability

Le profil recherché

At least 12 years of experience in Insights & Analytics, being fluent in qualitative, quantitative and new technologies methodologies
- Specific prior experience with shopper and/or sustainability insight
- Capacity to navigate in an international matrixial organization, embading senior stakeholders
