Join us as our new Sales Account Manager for Dairy Cultures & Enzymes

We are strengthening our team by adding a Sales Account Manager dedicated to delivering our biosolutions to distributors and traditional cheese producers across France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Welcome to the French sales team for dairy cultures & enzymes

You will become part of a dynamic team of four Sales Account Managers within a department of ten highly skilled professionals. This collaborative environment will provide opportunities to learn, share knowledge, celebrate successes, and tackle challenges together.

As a member of the French team, you will also BE part of the larger Southwest Europe sales team, offering the chance to connect and collaborate with colleagues from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

In this role you'll make an impact by :


Coordinating all aspects of customer and distributor relationships-commercial, technical, innovation, quality, and more-both internally and externally.


Providing both commercial and technical support to customers.


Analyzing and mapping the market to identify trends and opportunities.


Developing new business opportunities and negotiating sales terms and contracts.


Preparing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring targets are met.


Contributing to the team by sharing knowledge and insights, participating in team projects, and collaborating with colleagues on various initiatives.


Engaging with external professional networks, such as technical institutes, dairy schools, or broader dairy industry organizations, to build connections and stay informed of industry developments.

To succeed you must hold :


Strong technical expertise in dairy, particularly in cheese production, with qualifications such as a diploma from a dairy school (e.g., ENIL), a degree in Food Engineering, or an equivalent credential.


Solid understanding of the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) cheese environment, including its unique characteristics and requirements.


Significant professional experience in the cheese industry, either working within dairies or in sales roles serving dairy businesses.


Willingness and availability to travel extensively, covering 60% to 80% of the time.

Fluency in both French and English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2 or higher in each language.
