Les missions du poste
Liebherr-Mining Equipment Colmar SAS produit une large gamme de pelles minières hydrauliques avec des poids en ordre de marche de 100 à 800 tonnes avec des capacités de godet allant jusqu'à 47,5 m³.Missions
* Survey the operational Sales Business of Technology Products in a co-operative approach across the factories, affiliates and dealers, and where applicable also directly with customers.
* Build an environment of good understanding and trust with Key Stakeholders in Sales at Affiliates and Dealers.
* With MIN Sales & MIN Service : establish sales synergies for first fist and retrofit
* With MIN Training : Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their objectives (product and methods)
* With MIN CRM : Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback. Generate opportunities and reporting.
* With MIN Application : Develop the field sales approach and adapt the best practices to promote the technology products.
* With Engineering : identify the dedicated products and their status - follow the respective developments with the dedicated project managers.
* With Marketing : establish promotion plans and related material + dedicated budget
* Assist Product Management with inputs on the product road map.
* Assist Product Management with inputs on the Business Model
* Own the business case of each individual Technology Products to BE presented to the Technology Products Steering Committee.
Le profil recherché
Profil
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in a related technical area (i.e., Mechanical Engineering or Mining Engineering)
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales of Technology Products and/or Mining Equipment
* Possess good leadership skills.
* Excellent diplomatic skills in cross cultural environment.
* Well organized to work based on targets and KPIs.
* Displays strategic thinking by analyzes of markets and competition; identifies threats and opportunities; and adapts sales activities to changing conditions.
* Ability to understand the technology and application of mining machinery and related equipment.
