With a strong international presence, the company is experiencing steady growth and is now looking for a Marketing Director (M/F) to lead the marketing strategy and support its global expansion.Key Responsibilities :

As Marketing Director, you will BE responsible for developing and implementing the global marketing strategy to enhance the company's visibility and support its commercial growth internationally. Your main duties will include :
Developing and executing the marketing strategy in alignment with commercial objectives and market needs.
Leading a marketing and communications team (10-15 people).
Driving multi-channel communication strategies (digital, press, events, etc.).
Identifying new market opportunities and supporting the sales teams in their development.
Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
Managing marketing budgets and optimizing investments.
Collaborating with international teams to harmonize global marketing actions.

Desired Profile :

Experience : At least 10 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, ideally within the industrial or B2B sector.
International : Experience in a global, multicultural environment is essential.
Languages : Fluent in English is required.
Leadership : Strong ability to manage and inspire a marketing team.
Strategic Vision : Sharp market analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
