This role will involve executing sales and product strategies for food cultures within the meat and prepared food industry, aligning with Novonesis' overarching strategy and policies.
Position located in France, hybrid role based in our Arpajon (91) office.
Key Responsibilities :
Expand and defend Novonesis leadership in the market by maintaining a strong sales and technical presence at the customer interface, understanding market needs, and implementing new product concepts.
Intensify the perception of Novonesis as a reliable and highly competent innovative producer and supplier of value-adding food cultures.
Establish best-in-class customer intimacy and market understanding.
Monitor the value created for the company, ensuring sustainable profitability and growth development.
Take sales and project responsibility for allocated customers within the meat & prepared food industry in the sales region.
Secure long-term profitable business development based on "sales volume" and "contribution margin I".
Implement sales and product strategies in alignment with revenue and contribution budgets, and execute corrective actions if necessary.
Expand existing and develop new leads in the sales region.

Provide technological on-site support to customers, collaborating closely with our support functions and the sales & application team network.
