ENTER THE GAME
As a Product Manager - Backoffice Platform, you will join one of our product tribes with a specific focus on building the platform of the future that supports our growing business operations : management tools, configuration systems, monitoring dashboards, and support interfaces. Your mission will BE to lead Product Discovery efforts to identify incredible improvement and innovation opportunities for our internal tools, to shape out of the box solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize efficiency and internal user experience.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will BE :
1. Deeply understand internal users and operational processes
- Analyze workflows and needs of internal users.
- Map existing processes and identify inefficiencies or automation opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of Trading operations workflow and platform developments landscape.
- Stay up to date with technological and regulatory developments impacting backoffice systems.
2. Lead Product Discovery for internal platforms
- Structure and conduct discovery activities with internal stakeholders, UX researchers, and designers.
- Prioritize problems and opportunities based on business value and operational impact.
- Validate solutions through prototypes, testing, and internal data analysis.
3. Contribute to product strategy and roadmap
- Feed the product strategy with insights gathered from internal users, data, and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with the Product Director and Head of Products to define and align the roadmap.
- Clearly communicate the vision and priorities within your tribe and across the company.
4. Build effective solutions and measure their impact
- Work with designers and development teams to design simple and effective user experiences.
- Design scalable, high-performance solutions in collaboration with technology partners.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define iterative and measurable solutions.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of released features, continuously optimizing them.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm !
This job is for you if :
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, working on internal platforms or complex B2B/B2C systems.
- You have a strong Product culture and master the main techniques and frameworks of Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, Product Strategy, etc.).
- You're used to working with internal stakeholders and understanding complex trading operational needs.
- You are data-driven and know how to measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- You're an expert at transforming conflicting or ambiguous inputs from internal stakeholders into clear and actionable plans.
- Your solid technical knowledge allows you to master threads with technical partners.
- You have excellent communication skills, empathy, and organizational abilities.
- You speak English fluently (French is a plus !).
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Benoit will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet Pietro your future manager, followed by Francesco.
You will either work on a case study to present to Thomas - Chief Experience Officer.
Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
