Business Analyst - Salesforce - Data Confirmé H/F - DGTL Performance

We are seeking to onboard a Business Analyst (BA) to reinforce the Customer V360° project team.
The BA role will BE focusing on bridging the gap between the development team and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities includes :

Collaborate with end-users to gather and clarify business needs.
Lead the writing of Business User Stories (US), ensuring alignment with user needs, the Customer V360° & the enterprise digital strategy (CoE data).
Work closely with the design authority to ensure non-regression of functionalities and coherence with existing processes when necessary.
Understand the existing processes & the potential evolution required.
Conduct functional testing and validation of developed features.
In collaboration with the Change Management organization, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper user feedback is collected and integrated into the development process.
Act as a key liaison between the development team, the design authorities, the project and stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated.

Profile / Requirements :
Required Profile :
- Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem,
- Knowledge on Customer data relationships,
- Experience with Agile methodology,
- Good Business Analyst skills (previous experience in a similar position would BE a plus).
