We are looking for a Product Managerto drive Dailymotion's organic growth strategy. In this role, you'll own initiatives that increase traffic and visibility through SEOand emerging AI-driven discovery platforms(e.g., ChatGPT, SearchGPT, Perplexity, and other emerging AI-powered discovery platforms).

You'll work with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to make Dailymotion videos easier to find-whether in traditional search engines or in the next generation of AI-powered assistants.

What you will do

- Define and deliver a roadmap for organic growth through SEO and AI-bot acquisition.
- Lead SEO improvements (technical, on-page, content optimization) using Google Search Consoleand Botify.
- Ensure Dailymotion content is well understood and surfaced in AI assistants and LLM-based platforms.
- Monitor performance and deliver insights using Looker, Data Studio, and Amplitude.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate growth strategies into product and content workflows.
- Act as an internal expert on emerging AI search and discovery trends.

- At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in SEO, organic growth, or content platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practicesand hands-on experience with Google Search Consoleand Botify.
- Solid analytical skills with Looker, Data Studio, and Amplitude.
- Familiarity with AI search assistants(ChatGPT, Bing Chat, Perplexity, etc.) and curiosity about how they shape digital discovery.
- Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally and align diverse teams.
- Professional proficiencyin English is required ; French is a plus.
