Your opportunity
Sidel is looking for a strategic but at the same time well-grounded marketing professional with a solid understanding of the service business and related business models, able to contribute to the Sidel service transformation. The Service Marketing Manager will drive service projects by understanding service challenges and opportunities, supporting the strategic programs that will enable a profitable and sustainable growth. The Service Marketing Manager will also analyse internal and external data to increase market knowledge, support business decisions, and drive customer penetration and market share. All this through collaboration and in coordination with the service global and regional leadership.
Your Mission
On this position, your main missions will be:
· Conduct market and business analysis to identify growth opportunities, support strategic decisions, and track market share.
· Manage installed base data to detect opportunities by product line, region, and customer, driving penetration initiatives.
· Support Services organization (central & regional) to understand market dynamics, improve portfolio, and strengthen customer-centric approach.
· Provide strategic insights and contribute to Services strategy (3-year horizon, QBRs, Strategic Plan, PDP).
· Act as a member of the Site Management Team (SMT), aligning with Services leadership and business line owners.
Your Profile
Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, International Management, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, sales, strategy, product management, or business development. Experience in packaging equipment, FMCG, or consulting is a strong plus.
Proven track record in analyzing, synthesizing, and executing marketing or strategic projects within a matrix organization.
Results-oriented with a global mindset, strong communication and influencing skills.
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; keen interest in IT tools.
Languages: fluent English; Italian and/or French would be an asset.
