Data Engineer - EMEA H/F - Dolead

We already support 200 clients across 15 countries with a team of 70+ experts from 13 nationalities, split between our offices in Paris, Boston... and we keep growing !
In Paris, we work in a hybrid model (2 days/week in the office) to combine the best of both worlds: flexibility and collaboration. Our obsession: making performance marketing measurable, every single week, for our clients.

To support our growth, we're looking for a Data Engineer to join our dynamic Paris office.
You will play a key role in the Data team, working closely with the Head of Data & Science.

Your missions:

- Master our data get a deep understanding of Dolead's data flows and architecture.
- Collaborate across the team work side by side with Data Scientists and Data Analysts.
- Optimize pipelines improve and maintain our Python & SQL pipelines (Airbyte, DBT).
- Support analytics contribute to our Looker stack (LookML).
- Build products work with other teams to deliver data-driven features and tools.

We're looking for someone with a strong Data Engineering mindset - curious about data end-to-end, from pipelines to visualization, but more focused on serving internal tech and product teams than on client-facing delivery.

- At least 2 years of experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
- Solid skills in Python & SQL; experience with tools like Airbyte, DBT, and Looker/LookML is a plus.
- Used to collaborating with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Developers to deliver reliable data products.
- Comfortable working in a cloud environment; certifications are a bonus.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Appreciates a culture where data drives decisions, collaboration comes first, and big ideas are tested through proof of concept before scaling.
