Join an international team: Based in Paris (France), you will join the M&O Head Office Legal & Compliance team. You will act as a trusted advisor on global Legal & Compliance matters for the entire M&O Product Line, working closely with Group HQ, regional teams, and subsidiaries.

Your main missions

- Lead Legal & Compliance activities at Head Office (contracts, litigations, ethics & compliance with BV policies).
- Manage strategic transversal projects: mergers & acquisitions, governance and reorganisation, international trade sanctions, digital projects and ethics & compliance group policies deployment.
- Supervise complex legal matters: cooperation and partnership agreements, framework agreements, major litigations, managing law firms.
- Promote Legal, contract & Compliance awareness across Head Office (training, committees, best practices).
- Oversee corporate governance of M&O entities (powers of attorney, resolutions, corporate records).
- Contribute to process improvement and cost efficiency in Legal & Compliance.

Your profile:

- Master's degree in Law (or JD), with minimum 7 years' experience in a senior Legal role within a multinational or service-oriented organization.
- Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, compliance, contract negotiation and strategic operations (M&A).
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations (EU, US, UN sanctions, export control, embargoes).
- Proven leadership, high ethical standards, excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
