Synapsco is hiring a Technical Lead to support Schneider Electric's Nuclear segment projects in Grenoble. You will be responsible for managing the ANFL (Devices with Limited Digital Functions) work package within complex nuclear project environments. Your role will involve technical coordination, preparation of certification files (REA), stakeholder collaboration, and oversight of deliverables, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance with nuclear standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Functional Leadership and Coordination
- Lead and functionally manage a team preparing REA certification files for embedded software products used in nuclear applications.
- Analyze and interpret contractual and regulatory technical documentation.
- Coordinate closely with the project team, including Tender Manager, Design Leader, site teams, and technical experts.
- Liaise with EPR2 project team, Digital System team, Line of Business (LOB) units, and clients.
- Monitor progress and ensure reporting of technical and project milestones.
- Review, validate, and ensure the quality and compliance of technical studies and documentation.
- Participate in internal and external meetings (client-facing and cross-functional).
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve timely and successful certification.
2. REA File Preparation and Delivery
- Draft, review, and ensure the accuracy of technical documentation and specifications.
- Take ownership of technical studies and final customer deliverables.
- Work with LOB product teams, particularly those involved in hardware and software R&D for LV products.
- Identify project risks, assess technical challenges, and propose mitigation measures.
Le profil recherché
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Engineering (or DUT in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience).
- 7-15 years of experience in similar technical leadership roles, ideally in nuclear or regulated industries.
- Expertise in low and medium voltage (LV/MV) power distribution systems and products.
- Prior experience with nuclear standards and environments (e.g., RCC-E, IEC 62671).
