Your opportunity
Based at the Octeville-sur-Mer site (near Le Havre), which brings together more than 800 employees, the Project Manager Packaging Molds and Line Conversion (M/F/D) is responsible for managing projects related to packaging, molds, tooling, blower line improvements, and line conversions. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle - from launch to closing - ensuring successful execution of deliverables while managing on-site activities when required. Your responsibilities will include conducting project closing analyses, sharing key learnings with internal stakeholders, and actively monitoring risks to anticipate and resolve potential conflicts or crises.
Your Mission
Reporting to the Project Management Services Director, you will be responsible for:
-Coordinate project launch to shipment, including PO registration, sales orders, documentation, and invoicing.
-Allocate projects to production lines or plants, ensuring capacity and industrial rules are respected.
-Prepare and update technical specifications with inputs from PM Services/PM Supply.
-Follow up feasibility and schedules, managing preforms/samples, and addressing production delays or derogations.
-Lead weekly reviews and maintain project follow-up files.
-Ensure shipment coordination with logistics, warehouse, and project managers.
-Monitor costs and close projects with analysis and reporting.
-Ensure stakeholder communication on delivery dates, risks, and HSE compliance.
Your Profile
At least 5 years' experience in project management with solid technical expertise.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering documents, including packaging and mold assembly drawings.
Proven track record in blowing, packaging, and tooling portfolio management
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, CRM and SAP.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
