Join an international team: Based in Paris (France), you will join the M&O Head Office Legal & Compliance team. You will act as a trusted advisor on global Legal & Compliance matters for the entire M&O Product Line, working closely with Group HQ, regional teams, and subsidiaries.
Join an international team: Based in Paris (France), you will join the M&O WEA Legal & Compliance team as the Regional Legal & Compliance Manager. You will act as a trusted advisor on global Legal & Compliance matters for the entire M&O Product Line, working closely with Group HQ, regional teams, and subsidiaries.
Your main missions:
- Lead and secure all Legal & Compliance activities across the WEA region (contracts, litigations, ethics & compliance with BV policies).
- Advise managers and operations, assessing legal risks and providing pragmatic solutions.
- Monitor international regulations (sanctions, export control, corporate law) and raise awareness within the teams.
- Promote a strong Legal & Compliance culture across the region (training, engagement committees, best practices).
- Oversee corporate governance of local subsidiaries (powers of attorney, resolutions, corporate records).
- Contribute to process improvement and cost efficiency in Legal & Compliance.
Your profile:
- Master's degree in Law (or JD), with minimum 7 years' experience in a senior Legal role within a multinational or service-oriented organization.
- Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, compliance and contract negotiation.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations (EU, US, UN sanctions, export control, embargoes).
- Proven leadership, high ethical standards, excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the WEA region.
