As a key global marketing lead, you will be responsible for shaping and embedding bioMérieux's AMS strategy within the broader integrated diagnostic solutions approach, driving cross-selling and adoption of tools, consultancy services, and data-powered offerings that support improved clinical and operational outcomes.
What will be your main accountabilities?
Strategic Planning & Execution:
* Define and implement the global go-to-market strategy for bioMérieux's integrated AMR/AMS solutions
* Collaborate with the microbiology franchise and the molecular franchise, Integrated Solutions product and market management, digital health, and medical affairs to design bundled offers, cross-selling pathways, and phased implementation strategies
* Align solution strategies with public health priorities, customer journeys, and commercial objectives
Leadership of AMR/AMS Task Force:
* Serve as the leader of the global AMR/AMS Task Force, bringing together cross-functional stakeholders from corporate communication, medical affairs, public affairs, regional marketing, and commercial teams
* Define the Task Force's agenda, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and evolving public health needs
* Drive prioritization, coordination, and execution of global actions, monitor and report progress on Task Force initiatives to senior leadership, fostering transparency and cross-organizational collaboration
Tool Deployment & KPI Management:
* Drive adoption of internal AMS tools and track performance metrics related to usage, learning progress, and business outcomes
* Ensure consistency and scalability of tools across geographies through structured rollout and training plans
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work cross-functionally with global stakeholders-including Diagnostics Information, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Corporate Communications, and the Global Commercial Operations Excellence team
* Partner with regional marketing teams to capture market insights and local unmet needs, adapt and localize global tools and strategies, and share best practices and success stories.
Le profil recherché
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred, with 7+ years of experience in global marketing, strategic marketing, or commercial strategy-ideally in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions
* Strong understanding of AMR/AMS, clinical microbiology, and the role of diagnostics in infectious disease management
* Knowledge of public health institutions, healthcare systems, and AMS policy environments
* Experience with integrated healthcare solutions, digital health platforms, or value-based healthcare models
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and develop global marketing strategies in complex, regulated environments
* Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in creating customer-facing value-based content and tools
* Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset
* Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%).
