Principal - Expert Analog And Mixed Signal Engineer H/F - Nanoxplore

NanoXplore is a pioneer in design and development of SoC FPGAs located in Paris and Montpellier. As a rapidly growing company, NanoXplore is looking to continue building its software and hardware teams.

We are currently hiring an Analog and Mixed Signal design engineer who will join our hardware R&D team located in Paris. This person will contribute to the development of NanoXplore's AMS IP portfolio.

MISSION

- Specify, Design or Lead the design, Verify or Lead the verification of robust Analog IPs (including voltage regulators, charge pumps, bandgaps, voltage/temperature sensor, PLL, converters...) following development process flow involving modeling, implementation and verification
- Act as technical authority for analog topics
- Technical lead of the analog design team
- Supervise and mentor a team of analog designers with technical guidance.
- Drive design reviews, simulations, and verification activities.
- Implement/improve design checklists and development process
- Ensure compliance with checklist and the development process
- Be responsible for reviewing and analyzing product requirements
- Be responsible for Pre-silicon verification at the block level according to the design flow
- Document design considerations and resulting performance
- Be involved in the post-silicon validation plan creation and IC debugging in the lab
- Support troubleshooting the root cause of issues

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Transistor-level design knowledge and experience with Cadence tools for mixed-signal IC design and layout tools
- Strong understanding of Analog IP physical design challenges and parasitic components (28FDSOI, 7nm Finfet).
- Experience with Analog IPs such as I/Os, PLL, Converter, high speed links etc.
- Understanding of Analog IP testing in lab environment and submit proposals to improve existing methods.
- Experience with cross functional teams and good communication skills
