As a Compensation, Benefits and International Mobility Lead, you will join a dynamic team of 4 people (3 permanent contracts + 1 apprentice), led by the Global C&B Director, within the People Operations department.
What you'll do
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we support and reward our 2,900+ Doctolibers across Europe and be at the forefront of building the future of our fast-growing company, scaling our compensation and benefits processes. Your expertise will directly impact thousands of employees by designing competitive compensation frameworks, optimizing benefits packages, and ensuring seamless international mobility experiences.
In your first 6 months, success will look like streamlining our international mobility processes, establishing strong vendor relationships, and delivering actionable insights that enhance our employee value proposition across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Global Management of International Mobility (France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands) (30%):
- Lead our international mobility policy, manage vendor relationships, and oversee budget management to ensure optimal support for our assignees
- New countries opening preparation: Ensure we have the right tools, vendors and policies to anticipate future country expansions
- Benefits Management (20%) - Shape our benefits roadmap, ensure good execution of our benefits and implement new benefits (Forfait Mobilité Durable, Company Car policy etc.), manage health and pension scheme vendors, and provide M&A support to maintain competitive offerings
- Compensation Partner for a cluster (50%) - Advise HR teams and managers on compensation topics, serve as main point of contact during compensation reviews
Who you are

- have at least 5 years of experience in international mobility, benefits and/or compensation
- have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- excel at stakeholder management and can build strong partnerships remotely, demonstrating drive and initiative
- are resourceful and adaptable, able to navigate complex situations independently
- are fluent in French and English to work effectively in our international environment
Now it would be fantastic if you:
- have experience managing international vendors and stakeholders
- have knowledge of employment law, particularly for international expansion
- have worked in a fast-growing, multi-country environment
