We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the Facilities team in Levallois-Perret, reporting directly to our Facilities Director.
The Facilities team at Doctolib operates as a dedicated unit within the Finance department, managing the operational aspects that keep our buildings running smoothly - from coordinating maintenance services and managing travel operations to overseeing our car fleet management.
What you'll do
As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll serve as the operational orchestrator ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll directly impact the operational efficiency of all Doctolibers by being their primary point of contact for facilities and travel needs.
Success in your first 6+ months will be measured by your ability to streamline ticketing processes, optimize service delivery across all three operational areas, and establish strong collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external service providers while maintaining the high service standards our colleagues expect.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilities Coordination (France): Manage Facilities ticketing for Doctolibers and serve as liaison with maintenance teams (SPIE) with support from local Workplace Services Leads
- Travel Administration: Manager Travel ticketing for Doctolibers, administer the Egencia platform and optimise our travel policy
- Car Fleet OPerations: Serve as internal liaison point for daily operations with our outsourced car fleet management company (Traxall)
- Be the direct contact for all Doctolibers regarding their travel and facilities needs, while ensuring a high level of service and communication
- Collaborate closely with workplace, real estate teams and external partners
