As a Senior Print Production Officer, you'll be at the forefront of the Graphics department, driving innovation and sustainability in packaging design.

Location : MontpellierThe Senior Print Production Officer has key responsabilities :

* Lead print feasibility and technical development for design projects.
* Specify and communicate color development (spot and process color profiling).
* Audit and qualify printers, ensuring alignment with targets and KPIs.
* Implement strategies to optimize print quality across technologies.
* Establish standards for print quality and color management.
* Monitor and control KPIs for consistency and quality in packaging.
* Evaluate and support co-manufacturers and provide technical guidance to the graphics team.

Education & Experience :

Minimum 4 years in packaging printing technology (printer or repro house).
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Graphic Technology standards (ISO, GRACol, Fogra).
Expertise in color management
Strong project management skills.
