Internship - Spa Receptionist Paris J Fr H/F - HSH Group

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our SPA. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key accountabilities:

- Handle all guest reservations for treatments and services accurately and professionally

- Organise scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the guest needs are met

- Take responsibility for daily operational challenges within the SPA operations, including service recovery, continuous coverage, and efficient service delivery

- Maximise SPA and Wellness revenue through initiatives such as upselling and product sales, to take a proactive approach to retail sales within reception area offering advice and maximizing retail spend by clients

- Co-ordinate with the therapists to ensure all treatment rooms are ready to be occupied and are maintained in excellent condition

- Establish close guest contact, manage guest feedback and ensure elevated services recovery to exceed guest expectations, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles

- Assist with administration duties such as purchasing, good receiving and inventory reporting

General requirements:

- Strong customer focus

- Fluent both in French and English ((verbal, written)

- Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality

- Sense of organization and confidentiality

- Internship Agreement - mandatory

- Must have the right to work in France

- Package: 669.90 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
