Overview

Join Adisseo as a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Salmon and shape the future of our salmon sector!

In this new position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall business development strategy to enhance Adisseo's presence in the salmon sector. You will lead industrial and innovation projects related to business development and share responsibility for sales turnover (volumes, prices), gross margin, and service-related KPIs for all new products and services within the salmon scope. You will collaborate closely with various functions within Adisseo, focusing on key salmon regions in the EU and LATAM, with some involvement in NAM.

Responsibilities

- Launch Management:Design, plan, and execute overall launch strategies.
- Sales and Growth:Drive sales and growth of new products and services in collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Commercial and Technical Development:Engage with large salmon key accounts to support commercial and technical development.
- Training and Support:Provide training, technical support, and post-launch development programs.
- Market Entry and Strategy:Facilitate market entry of new products, contribute to SBU strategy, and manage pricing and positioning.
- Market Analysis and Solutions Selling:Assess market needs, conduct analysis, and develop solutions selling approaches.
- Sustainable Development:Contribute to Adisseo's sustainable development objectives and adhere to company values and compliance policies

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in the feed additive industry and strong business development expertise in the salmon sector, providing you with comprehensive market knowledge of the Salmon Industry.
- Significant international experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in a multicultural, matrix-structured organization with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and clients, both internal and external, along with strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
