As a Sr. Global Platform Success Consultant, you'll be part of a high-energy team that has fun while solving big challenges, chasing bigger opportunities, and building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and impact. You'll work directly with customers, country teams, and product leaders to bring our integrations to life - turning complex needs into simple, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

You'll drive XI adoption globally by combining business, customer, and platform knowledge to identify and prioritize opportunities, partner with countries to set and achieve goals, and collaborate with Product to ensure our capabilities deliver on strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

- Lead customer onboarding: Deliver engaging demos, guide installs/configurations, and provide structured 30-day hyper-care to ensure rapid adoption.
- Drive adoption & value: Share best practices, track usage, and help customers deepen and expand their XI consumption.
- Champion country enablement: Act as the XI advocate in your country/region: host office hours, deliver hands-on training, leverage data analytics, and partner on account planning to drive value-based outcomes.
- Accelerate integration growth: Develop and execute proactive strategies to increase adoption and expansion, set goals with country leadership, and take decisive actions to achieve results.
- Collaborate for impact: Partner with regional leadership, Product, and technical teams to remove barriers and deliver outcomes - bringing the right people in at the right time.
- Capture and share insights: Gather feedback, success stories, and lessons learned to continually improve onboarding and enablement.

What You Bring

- A dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset - ready to own the onboarding journey end-to-end.
- Ability to operate independently, while taking feedback and direction to refine approach.
- Strong sales and solution-selling skills - you thrive on solving problems and helping customers succeed.
- Excellent collaboration and networking skills; you know how to connect with the right people to get things done.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or solution consulting (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, or B2B commerce workflows (a plus, not a must).
- Skilled communicator who can tailor conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field required.
- Ability to make significant contributions to processes and systems.

Success Metrics

- Number of customers onboarded and actively using integrations.
- Depth and breadth of XI consumption per customer.
- Improvement in adoption, retention, and NRR for integrated customers.
- Increase in country/regional XI engagement and enablement readiness.
