IT-OT Administrator H/F - Ceva Santé Animale

The Modern Workplace IT-OT Administrator is responsible for implementing, managing and optimising collaborative and digital tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Ivanti EPM, etc.) within the organisation. He/she will be responsible for providing employees with a smooth, secure and collaborative digital working environment, while supporting the company's digital transformation.
He/she is responsible for managing, deploying, securing and monitoring devices (PCs, smartphones, tablets) throughout the IT and OT perimeters using MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune or Ivanti EPM). It guarantees a secure, compliant working environment tailored to users' needs, in a context of increasing mobility and digitalisation.
You will also be responsible for the preparation, execution and monitoring of global projects within your technical perimeter.

Main responsibilities:

On the M365 perimeter
Administer and maintain Modern Workplace collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
Manage access rights, security, compliance and policies for the use of tools
Provide level 2/3 support on digital and collaborative tools
Participate in the deployment of new features and the evolution of digital tools
Collaborate with IT, HR, and Communications teams to improve the employee experience
Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Ensuring a technological watch on Modern Workplace innovations
Facilitate training or awareness sessions for internal users

On the Intune/SOTI/UEM perimeter:
Administer and maintain the MDM Solutions : Microsoft Intune and Ivanti EPM platform (Endpoint Manager)
Deploy, configure, and monitor Windows, Android, and iOS devices.
Create and enforce security policies (compliance, conditional access, encryption, etc.)
Manage auto-enrollment (AutoPilot, Apple DEP, Android Enterprise)
Implement updating, application deployment, and configuration policies
Collaborate with security teams to ensure equipment compliance
Automate common tasks with PowerShell and the Intune Graph API
Produce and maintain technical documentation and procedures
Ensure a technological watch on the evolution of MDM/UEM tools

On the project perimeter:
Be a project manager on deployments related to the Intune/patch management/OT scope
Be a project manager on deployments related to the M365 scope in coordination with the M365 Architect
Be the technical referent for technology partners in the context of evolution or deployment projects (Canon, HP, Telephone Operators) on a global scope
Be the entry point and guarantor of the proper execution of projects entrusted to suppliers on technical projects within its scopeIT-OT Administrator

2 to 5 years' higher education in computing, information systems or equivalent
Experience :
2 to 5 years' experience in administering Microsoft 365, Intune or Modern Workplace platforms

Very good mastery of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Very good mastery of following MDM Solutions : Intune, Ivanti EPM)
Knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance tools (Azure AD, MFA, DLP, Group Policy, Conditional Access, etc.)
