Dans un contexte à forts enjeux et dans le cadre du déploiement de notre nouveau secteur électrique, un poste deResponsable Industriel Projet (F/H)est à pourvoir au sein de notre Centre de Développement Électrique basé à Toulouse - Occitanie.
Rattaché au Responsable Performance Industrielle & Opérations du site de Toulouse, vous serez responsable du déploiement de la feuille de route de performance industrielle pour l'initiative Horizon +. Vous accompagnerez la montée en cadence de la production des produits grande vitesse pour Alstom, en particulier pour les produits électriques entre les fabricants internes et externes. Des déplacements réguliers sur nos sites de fabrication de trains et de composants électriques seront à prévoir.
Vos principales missions :

Garantir lacapacité et la compétence des fabricantspour atteindre la montée en cadence de la production H+ et la production en série de 30 trains par an.
Mettre en oeuvre unestratégie de sécurisationpour les faisceaux et les armoires électriques (avec un contrôle des coûts).
Déployer unplan de rétrofit.

Profil :

Vous justifiez de5 ans d'expériencedans la mise en oeuvre de projets d'amélioration continue/lean ou dans un poste de management opérationnel.
Vous avez acquis et développé votre maîtrise des outils Lean au sein d'une grande structure industrielle.
Vous êtescommunicant(e), leader, organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et capable d'évoluer dans un environnement exigeant.
Vous combinez unevision stratégiqueavec une approcheopérationnelle sur le terrain.
Vous savez évoluer dans desorganisations matricielles internationales complexes.
Vous parlez courammentanglais.

Could you be the full-time Operations Project Leader in Toulouse we're looking for?

The Electrical Development Center (EDC) in Toulouse is responsible to develop electrical products from detailed design stage until the serial go.

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to Pierre-Olivier GOUDABLE, Operations Leaders Manager, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
We'll look to you for:

Ensure Quality & Deadlines respect on deliveries (physical harness and cubicles) to internal customers (train manufacturing site TMS).
Coordinate the electrical products operational activities with internal sub-system stakeholders and manufacturers; in order to ensure the manufacturing readiness on time, the products deliveries on time and manufacturing ramp-up.
Ensure the configuration of the delivered products as to be built configuration and the follow-up of the configuration upgrade action plan.
Be the main EDC focal point of the manufacturers.
During the Train electrical activities, you will have to identify the project strategy of operations.
