- Ensure consistency in financial brand tracking within the team; proactively propose common tools and methodologies (monthly reviews, forecasts, budgets, business plans).
- Guarantee the availability of shared data (Power BI, dynamic Excel tools, etc.).
- Provide the Group with clear visibility on brand performance summaries (monthly, forecasts, budgets, business plans).
- Ensure that the brand perspective is considered during key decision-making moments and integrated into the Group's financial systems.
- Monitor the innovation rate in turnover and industrial trial budgets in coordination with BU/Operations finance teams and R&D teams.
- Coordinate team's common tools and processes, working closely with the Group FP&A team.
Support for the Brand Controlling Manager:
- Support the Global Brand team: monitor monthly performance, consolidate forecasts and budgets, build innovation business plans, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses, particularly on the risks and opportunities of innovation launches, profitability, and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Support the diagnosis and planning of brand profitability improvement.
- Oversee the financial tracking of brand's strategic priorities.
Performance Indicators and Impact on Results (Qualitative & Quantitative):
- Relevance of recommendations.
- Understanding of the Group's strategic brand challenges and decision-making processes.
- Timeliness, quality, and reliability of reporting.
- Ability to challenge brand teams.
Types of Challenges and Complexity Criteria:
- Good knowledge of innovation processes and go-to-market strategies by market and product.
- Multiple internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize between regular reporting, ongoing processes, and ad hoc requests.
- Ability to challenge and influence marketing stakeholders.
Your Profile - Minimum Education Level and/or Required Experience:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance / Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in Management Control.
