La Business Unit Compact (CBU), créée en 2024 et responsable de l'activité des équipements compacts chez Volvo Construction Equipment, recherche un(e) Contrôleur(se) de Gestion Global(e).

Il s'agit d'un poste unique et nouveau, avec une responsabilité financière couvrant l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur : du développement produit à la fabrication, à la distribution et jusqu'aux clients finaux.

Sur ce rôle stratégique et opérationnel, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

- Exploiter les rapports financiers existants et en développer de nouveaux pour renforcer la transparence financière auprès des managers CBU et pour le reporting au siège.
- Être proactif(ve) dans l'identification précoce des risques et des opportunités de croissance rentable, et challenger les managers CBU pour définir des actions de mitigation ou de développement.
- Développer un réseau au sein de Volvo CE pour collaborer avec les contrôleurs de sites et de fonctions, afin de bien comprendre les activités de la CBU et les leviers financiers.
- Accompagner et challenger les managers CBU et les contrôleurs dans les processus de planification et de stratégie. Développer des modèles pour soutenir les initiatives stratégiques et assurer un suivi rigoureux.
- Soutenir les Business Managers CBU ayant une responsabilité commerciale sur leur marché, en les aidant à comprendre les leviers financiers et à élaborer un plan d'affaires.
- Promouvoir la cohérence des rapports financiers, des informations de gestion, des processus et des outils associés.
- Participer activement à des équipes transverses pour établir une base financière solide là où cela est pertinent.

Who are you?

A minimum of 5 years' experience in business control is essential to successfully perform this dual operational and strategic role.

We're looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

- Strong financial controlling and analytical skills. Good understanding of consolidated financials
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Exhibits a personal sense of urgency and follows up
- Comfortable supporting all functional areas of the business (e.g. sales, manufacturing, purchasing and technology)
- Able to financially model business options and develop recommendations to support operational managers
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in developing new tools to help bring different financial and other data together, supporting a better visualization, understanding and storytelling of financials and the business

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with additional languages a plus.
