LOCATION

Internship at the headquarters in Suresnes (92)

YOUR FUTURE POSITION

Within the Group Marketing Department, you will report to a Brand Manager responsible for the strategy and communication of the Boursin® brand and contribute to the brand's international development. After a period of training in our tools and methods, you will quickly be given responsibility for all the tasks of a brand manager.

You will work on the following topics according to the brand's calendar:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

International brand management:

- Support the rollout of the brand strategy (communication, digital and media, CSR, etc.).
- Active participation in key stages of communication campaign development in conjunction with our partner agencies (communication, media, digital, and global partnerships).
- Development of packaging designs and visual identity guidelines (brand book, brand universe).
- Definition and coordination of the brand's culinary strategy.
- Monitoring of local adaptations in different countries and support for brand transformation projects (e.g., global social media studio).

Development of the Digital Strategy:

- Assistance with brainstorming and support for the deployment of the digital strategy
- Responsible for developing core strategic guidelines (influence, conversation, trending topics, media, etc.)
- Responsible for developing digital content with our partners (recipes, lifestyle content, videos, boards, etc.)
- Responsible for supporting countries in the deployment of the strategy and performance monitoring

Development of brand highlights (x3)

- Development of themes with the communications and media agency
- Development of limited edition packaging, POS advertising, and digital communication assets with agencies and partner countries.
- Monitoring and coordination of plan implementation with our internal partners (factory, graphic chain, purchasing, legal, etc.)
- Participation and coordination of cross-functional productions such as photo and video shoots.

Innovation development

- Participation in the development and launch of new products alongside the innovation team in charge of their management: recipe renovation, packaging design, graphic chain coordination, etc.
- Participation in the implementation of certain consumer studies (quantitative or qualitative) and the development of the product mix.

Analysis

- Analysis, performance reporting (business, communication campaigns, activations, digital, etc.)
- Competitive intelligence, inspiration gathering on culinary trends, analysis of new markets, etc.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a student on a gap year or nearing the end of your studies with initial successful experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally in the retail sector.

You are fluent in English. You are known for being thorough and organized, you have excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to take initiative, and you enjoy working in a team. You are proficient with computers and have a keen sense of marketing.
